Adult Services
Chances are you are here because you or someone you care about is struggling. That struggle may be new, old, really old, saddening, tiring, scary, frustrating, infuriating, or just plain bothersome.
No matter how "big" or "small" your concerns are, I welcome you to address them and seek to relieve yourself of stress through therapy. My practice style incorporates aspects of various evidence-based treatments including: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR). I have been trained in each of these approaches, as I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach for life struggles.
